Hughes-Marie is a Manager at Carbone 4.

He co-manages Carbone 4's Strategy Department, which aims to assist companies' General Management and Strategy Departments in identifying the business risks and opportunities related to the low-carbon transition and to help them develop their strategy.

He has accompanied many General Management teams in various sectors (industry, services, construction, mobility, telecom) in the challenge of their strategy resilience with regard to the challenges of low-carbon transformation. He regularly participates in the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of enterprises

He is also a member of the Physical Risks practice and has developed an expertise in climate change adaptation.

Prior to joining Carbone 4, Hughes-Marie worked ~5 years in the mining and metallurgy industry, in the office of the CEO of Eramet, in the team in charge of Strategy, Development and Financial Communication. He has developed specific skills in corporate strategy, development of innovative industrial projects as well as merger and acquisition.
