Flore joined Carbone 4 in September 2024 now as a Project Leader in the Biodiversity team, after an initial three-year stint as a consultant with EY Sustainability.

At Carbone 4, Flore carries out consulting assignments to support companies in the progressive integration of biodiversity-related issues into their strategy: analysis of their sites' interfaces with biodiversity, assessment of impacts and dependencies, analysis of risks and opportunities, definition of objectives, development of an action plan, construction of a biodiversity narrative for the company.

Flore also has expertise in regulatory frameworks (CSRD in particular) and voluntary standards (TNFD, SBTN), which it applies within the Biodiversity department and other teams within the firm.
