Bastien Nossek

Since December 2020, Bastien is a member of the Strategy division.

He supports companies in rethinking their activities and value chains, in order to design new business models compatible with the dual energy-climate constraint.

He also helps his clients to develop operational roadmaps tailored to their ambitions, and to initiate and lead change management within their organizations.

Before joining Carbone 4, Bastien worked as a strategy consultant in the Paris office of McKinsey & Company, on both strategy and implementation assignments. He also has a number of commercial and project management experiences, most notably in start-ups with Agicap, but also with Bioxegy, the French leader in innovation through biomimicry.
