After gaining teaching experience in Mayotte and in FLE (French as a foreign language) with first-time immigrant women, as well as a stint in a profit center specializing in educational issues, Audrey joined the social and solidarity economy (SSE) for 10 years within a Foundation specializing in inclusion and the creation of social impact. 

She successively held the positions of Inclusive Recruitment Project Manager, then Training Manager for beneficiaries, volunteers and employees of partner companies.

This experience enabled her to develop an expertise in pedagogical approaches based on commitment and impact creation for face-to-face, distance and digital formats, which she is now transferring to the subjects of ecological transition within the Carbone 4 Académie.
